OH NOES!!!

Today I fell in the middle of the road.... I didn't know what happened and I twisted my left foot and then scraped my knee.. that hasn't happened in years... and I had forgotten how much it stings when you clean up the wound >_<

So what did Monsieur Josh and I cooked while he was visiting??

Our first whole chicken!!! with this recipe and believe me.. it tasted soooo good it was amazingly moist, PERFECT!!!



Some really nice spaghetti and meatballs from America's Test Kitchen, the sauce was delicious!!!



Blackout cake, from America's Test Kitchen and trust me it was incredible... the pudding is such a nice substitute for icing and my idea to add pecans made it even better ^_^
