mmMMmmm Cheesecake

My first cheesecake and I must say it is sinfully delicious!!! the recipe was take from Baking From My Home to Yours by Dorie Greenspan. It is a really nice and easy recipe, and I loved Dorie's suggestion of using a hair dryer to remove the cheesecake from the mold. I only added some lemon juice to the mixture.. I kinda wish I would have added some more
